About this position

Shift Manager is responsible for leading operations teams to achieve daily operation management to meet Safety standard, produce product to compliance with quality and food safety standard and FG specification, ensuring the Production Plan is meet all KPI (ATS, ATP, FROT) and is accountable for working cross functionally and for coordinating resource requirements with Site Reliability Team, Site Service Team, Quality Team, and HSE Team to respond to unanticipated issue among the shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate all production activities to meet daily schedule, production targets and efficiency and cost targets
• Ensure all shift operations follow FMOS requirements. This includes Line Tours, Shift Hand Over Meetings, Daily FMOS Meeting and Daily Product Panel
• Be lead of AM Pillar to ensure operation team work together with PM thru AM pillar guideline.
• Ensure all area working adhere to standard of working for Safety, Quality and efficiency and governance for review document as annual basis
• Work with Production engineer to Analyze daily efficiency (TRS, UV, NQC, Waste) for all production lines and develop actions plans when performance deviates from required targets
• Lead and coach associated on Problem Solving to address day to day problems within the shift
• Support all activities such as CVS, trials, preventive maintenance as well as minor improvement by checking and ensuring the availability of Raw / Pack Material, Machine readiness, Manpower to support, etc.
• Role model the application of Mars Health and Safety standards in order to safeguard our associates and the assets we use through the "Safety First Culture"
• Provide a safe workplace for all individuals (associates, contractors and visitors) and ensure safe work practices are always followed
• Conduct relevant safety training for the team
• Manage all safety incidents that happen within the shift and ensure all accidents, incidents and near misses are reported, investigated and followed up as per the established guidelines on site.
• Ensure that all operations occur in an environmentally responsible manner and comply with all established standards and procedures related to waste management, emission to air and release to water
• Role model the application of Mars Food Safety and Quality Standards though quality culture "Do it right every time"
