SEA Value Leadership Dry C&T PDD Technologist
About this position
The SEA Value Leadership Dry C&T PDD Technologist role focuses on transforming Dry/C&T projects to support the DiB/COGS Transformation project, ensuring successful product development and execution.
Responsibilities
• Lead R&D activities within Regional Innovation/Renovation to enable DiB/COGS Transformation project implementations across PCH/CHB sites and provide guidance/share learning for HUA/HYD sites.
• Develop and maintain Dry/C&T Pet food products to meet the requirements of our consumers (regionally) and comply with Mars global brand direction.
• Ensure product developments and manufactures at factory are consistent to the quality requirements and comply with the internal/the external standard e.g. Mars Q&FS, MPENS, AAFCO, and achieve all critical success factors (CSFs).
• Provide technical input and align product change with Lead Markets.
• Initiate prototype development based on approved DiB/COGS Transformation brief and CSFs and able to implement a production scale-up from kitchen to industrial trial, commission and validation.
• Collaborate with local and regional functions to ensure a smooth transition of technology and product knowledge and successfully carry out related technical requirements e.g. regulatory compliance process (RCP), recipe registration, legal review, patent check.
Requirements
• Strong background in product development and innovation in the Dry/C&T sector.
• Experience in managing projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of quality standards and regulatory compliance in the food industry.
• Ability to lead technical assessments and risk management processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
