D-Commerce Business Development Coordinator (1 year contract/ Mars Wrigley)
About this position
D-Commerce is a critical growth driver for Mars Wrigley Thailand, currently in an exciting phase of rapid D-Commerce acceleration. The role aims to scale D-Commerce in Thailand, leveraging the dynamic digital commerce landscape to drive sustainable business growth.
Responsibilities
• Contribute to the overall achievement of Mars Wrigley Thailand and Mars Wrigley West Area Growth and profitability.
• Deliver excellence in supply, operations, perfect digital activation, perfect digital store to grow ahead of the Confectionary category.
• Negotiate but build strategic and mutual partnership with customers, enabler along with agency, partners for sustainable growth and healthy financial shape.
• Discipline use of data analytics and financial modelling to make fact-based choices.
• Maintain healthy portfolio and pricing according to shopper and channel needs & trend.
• Collaborate with cross functional team for the right level of support to deliver short to long term objective.
• Work with SEA D-comm Community to learn and share insights/experience for continuous capabilities building and performance improvement.
• Track and control budget that got allocated to own channel with use for most efficient result to drive growth In d-com channel.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Management / Economic/ Entrepreneurship/ Digital Commerce or related discipline.
• Minimum 1-2 years working experience in Sales/Trade Marketing from FMCG business.
• Skills in managing digital commerce platform and related parties, enabler, solution provider.
• Skills in Sales development, key account management/ business development, trade marketing/shopper marketing, category management.
• Good command of English, can deal with regional stakeholders.
