Consumer Technical Insight Technologist
About this position
Responsibilities
• Accountable to conduct comprehensive CTI consumer research to get an accurate and reliable result with a recommendation basing on research outcomes and insight.
• Collaborate with project owner/CMI and research agency to schedule, deliver & prepare product (repacking, labelling, and exporting logistics) for Home Use Test and Consumer research thru an agency management.
• Closely monitor competitor product movement in market and provide a recommendation for product and packaging improvement idea. Analyze data from a variety of sources including, trend, internal research, external research, social media, customer feedback and product usage to generate actionable insights.
• Manage record keeping and data base management of results or reports received from CMI or the external partner.
• Develop and maintain competitor intelligence database.
• Ensure documentation and record keeping for sample preparations.
• Ensure co-packing is compliant with GMP and staffs follow work instruction to ensure good quality of product samples for home use test and consumer research.
• Coordinate test plan and sample logistics for home use test or consumer research based on defined test plan and guidance of EA CTI/PPG manager and CMI.
Requirements
• Bachelor degree in any field, Science or Animal science is preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience in consumer research and project management.
• Strong analytical and research skill.
• Influent on English communication.
• Marketing or Development field background would be beneficial.
