About this position

This position exists to support the efficient operation of the Pet Center in Chonburi. The Administrative Assistant will ensure smooth administrative functions, coordinate with visitors, manage rehoming programs, and support pet population management.

Responsibilities

•Provide administrative support for the daily operational tasks within the Pet Center to ensure the smooth running of both dog and cat panels.
•Coordinate with visitors and manage visitor schedules.
•Assist in the management of rehoming programs and support pet population management.
•Handle documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping of pet information, including physical conditions, health, consumption, and behavior.
•Support the collection of quality data from protocols and deliver it to Operation Technicians and/or Data Technicians.
•Assist in organizing and coordinating internal activities and collaborations with other teams.
•Maintain and update facility and equipment work orders in the assigned panel.
•Ensure the inventory of food, equipment, and other pet care supplies is adequately stocked.
•Facilitate the safe transport of animals as needed.
•Assist in the cleanliness and maintenance of facilities and equipment.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Science, Management, or a related field.
•Experience working in a veterinary hospital, kennel, cattery, or animal shelter facilities is a plus.
•Knowledge in administrative operations within an animal facility.
•Respectful and patient demeanor when interacting with animals and colleagues.
•Proficient computer skills.
•Strong teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills.
•Self-motivated, well-organized, goal-oriented, and effective under pressure.
