Responsibilities
• Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay.
• Process operational needs and address guest requests.
• Complete reports and share highlights of the local area.
• Assist guests with loading/unloading vehicles and transporting luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell area.
• Create a safe work place and follow company policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect company assets.
• Uphold quality standards and ensure professional appearance and communications.
• Be on your feet and moving around (stand, sit, or walk for an extended time).
• Move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces as well as up and down stairs and/or service ramps.
• Take a hands-on approach to work (move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance and 100 pounds with assistance).
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
Requirements
• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: No related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None.
