About this position

The Sales Planning Officer is responsible for gathering sales information, creating sales reports, managing packing standards, and ensuring compliance with ISO/TS 16949 standards as part of the Materials Planning & Logistics team.

Responsibilities

• As part of the Materials Planning & Logistics team, gather sales information and cooperate with internal teams (sales and marketing, purchasing) for sales forecast and other related information
• Create and monitors overall system integrity to ensure timely shipping, change and delivery to customers
• Prepare sales report and update sales forecast including analysis on delivery issues.
• Manage packing standard for new program (packaging standard for F/G and components, dolly)
• Support all packing activity and packaging, include design approval from supplier and customers
• Ensure that all work performed with ISO/TS 16949 standard

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Automotive, Manufacturing or relevant industries
• Working experience on OEM ordering system, SAP, Quality System: ISO / TS16949
• Strong in Microsoft Excel, SAP SD, MM and WM module.
• Good in written and spoken English for collaboration with regional stakeholders
• Process good interpersonal skill with positive attitude, meticulous and well organized.
• Able to adapt to changes/challenges and work under pressure
