About this position

The incumbent represents Mann Filter and WIX Filters brand to our customers, maintaining and developing new customers/channels in line with the Company’s strategy. This role involves sales planning, business analysis, and regular reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities for assigned territories and to ensure the sales strategies are being implemented
• Keep track of trends, competition and pricing relationships
• Survey market by regular visits to Retail shops & garages
• Identify potentials by finding new channels via market research
• Generate reports based on findings for business analysis
• To support key & strategic distributors for customer visits and manage projects for new & existing business growth via utilizing Promotool & Salesforce

Requirements

• Degree/ Diploma in Business Management/ Marketing/ Engineering or any relevant topics
• At least 2 years’ experience in Automotive industry
• Have some basic knowledge on automotive industry
• Planning and implementation of marketing activities
• Ability to run and manage projects independently
• Mobile to travel to other provinces within Thailand – preferably with own transportation
• Proficient in MS Office; namely Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• Presentation skills
• Fluent in English for communication with regional offices will be a plus
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Sociable and able to articulate oneself easily
• Strong business acumen with good logic
• Sense of responsibility
