Trade Marketing Executive (FMCG)
About this position
The Trade Marketing Executive (FMCG) is responsible for planning and executing trade promotional plans, collaborating with various teams to enhance in-store activation and merchandising, and ensuring effective communication across departments.
Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, follow up annual trade promotional plans, with involvement of sales team in all channels.
• Work with creative agency to develop trade marketing materials in line with the branding guidelines from the Brand team
• Work with Sales and Key Account team to support in-store activation
• Key Person to manage and training of merchandise team
• Sourcing premiums, gift with purchase (GWP) for sale promotion
• Lead the development and implementation of in-store merchandising across key accounts/channels at the guidance of the Trade Marketing Manager.
• Monitor the execution of annual trade marketing plan for key retails by coordinating marketing and sales operation and sales team
• Effectively communicate with commercial team
• Work with sales team, marketing, supply chain & other related functions to achieve business objective
Requirements
• At least 3 years’ experience in Trade Marketing from FMCG business
• Have experience background in personal care products are preferred
• Experience managing outsourced agencies of merchandisers is an advantage
• Good command in English
• Good analytical thinking and problem solving
• Good planning, Time management, Commitment, Focused, Flexible, Opportunity seeker, Customer Oriented.
• Strong knowledge of data analysis in MT and JPN channel would be advantage
