About this position

The Key Account Executive (Modern Trade, Tops) is responsible for managing sales activities in Modern Trade, developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets, and building relationships with buyers and store staff.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales activities in Modern Trade (Tops)
• Plan, develop, and implement sales activities in order to achieve sales target and company's objective
• Visit stores, check stocks, check product shelf-life, provide leaflet and POP material
• Promotion & Activation Planning, NPD launch and other in-store execution necessary to achieve sales objectives and targets
• Negotiate with buyers to generate the expected profit for company
• Forecast demand stock following by sales performance and activities
• Collect order, Issue Purchase Order, negotiate with buyer, Collect bills within due date in order to close sales and achieve sales target
• Analyze competitors and promotion evaluation in order to win over the market
• Perform business review to develop and recommend business strategies to achieve short-term and long-term business growth for customer and company
• Build and manage good relationship with buyers and store staffs;
• Provide actual product for trial use
• Entertain buyers and store staffs
• Generate monthly report in order to review customer visiting report, competitors marketing activities, promotion plan and sales progress report to head quarter and spending of each account in order to catch up with marketing activities, promotion plan and sales progress report to head quarter, and spending of each account in order to catch up with market

Requirements

• Experience in sales field for more than 1 year in FMCG
• At least 2 years experiences in Modern Trade Management with international brands
• Having presentation and negotiation skill
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking
• Well-planned in executions
• Good communication in English (Business level)
