About this position

The Assistant Director of Engineer and Projects is responsible for ensuring a safe and sound environment for colleagues and guests, overseeing maintenance and repair of hotel facilities, and managing various projects to enhance hotel operations.

Responsibilities

• To work closely with the Director of Engineer and Projects in ensuring a safe and sound environment for colleagues and guests alike.
• To be responsible for the maintenance and repair of the hotel building, physical plant and engineering facilities for efficient and safe operation.
• Oversee the strategic direction of general projects related the enhancement of the hotel. The project management covers the areas of planning, administration, implementation and evaluation of financial results of the projects.
• Manage all CAPEX project in accordance with the group policies and procedures.
• Flexible work hours to meet the demands of a 24 hours operation.

Requirements

• Thai nationality.
• 5-8 years solid luxury hotel experience.
• Excellent communication skills in all aspects: verbal, written and non-verbal.
