Engineer 14 Positions (Process/Process Design/Customer Quality Engineer)
About this position
Responsibilities
• To set up process, equipment and facilities for new products, pilot run and mass production.
• To develop and upgrade process capability, tooling and machine performance for yield improvement, safety, cost and productivity.
• To monitor and review process and production capability, yield and quality to ensure about constant improvement.
• To design method and tooling to support production in case of quality and quantity problem in process.
• To monitor on material scrap.
• To provide failure analysis for problems and come up with effective solution.
• To design and issue work instruction for responsible processes, test run and evaluate the processes for minimize defective.
• Design process procedure to produce product.
• Design by selecting the tools and equipment used in production and also design the product layout.
• Make a selection of materials, quantity including the design of the material pattern.
• Analyze problems that may occur in the process that not meet the customer's quality requirement.
• Follow up and take measures the non-conformity issue.
• Maintain and monitor the quality target to follow company policy.
• Create a quality control plan each product.
• Co-operate with internal team to do evaluation and improvement.
• Co-operate with customer and internal team to get improvement plan incase quality issue happen.
• Co-operate with customer for special technical support such as evaluation, and testing etc.
• Create product specification to correlate with customer requirement.
• Clarify the complicated specification to trainer, inspector and operator.
• Review and interpret customer requirement to internal team.
• Establish WI for quality related document.
• Prepare production line qualification report for customer.
• Prepare customer audit.
• On-site visit to customer factory to clarify the quality issue.
• Weekly meeting with customer to review quality performance.
• Co-operate with companies in Mektec group for sharing information and support.
• Prepare and submit weekly quality report.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in engineering; Industrial, Production, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Material, Control, Instrument and Chemical Engineering.
• 0-3 years' experience in Engineer (New graduate are welcome).
• Good command in English, TOEIC Score is 450 up is preferable.
• Having engineering statistical, Auto CAD or Solid Work Knowledge.
• Good command in English, TOEIC Score is 500 up is preferable.
