Makino (Thailand) Co., Ltd. has been serving customers in Thailand for 18 years since 2004. Located at Pattanakarn Road, Bangkok, the head office is easily accessible - about 2 hours' drive from from main estates and 30 minutes from Suvarnabhumi Airport. Customers get to experience our Milling, EDM, WEDM, Grinding machines at our technology centre, housed at our head office building.
In 2016, Makino Thailand expanded with a branch office at the Eastern Seaboard. Located at easily accessible Pinthong Industrial 3 area. Similar to the head office in Bangkok, the branch office has a seminar room facility to conduct seminars and customer trainings.
Makino Thailandâs aim is more than just selling machines, our goal is to help our customers with complete machining processes and keep our customersâ machines running in good condition.

About this position
Responsibilities
âĒ Sets production process flow chart on each product. Writes work instruction to be used in the production line as part of company quality standard.
âĒ Sets standard on quality control process in the production line such as timing for check up and number of sampling for each product. Establishes the final product quality standard and determines the method for QC inspector to inspect the product.
âĒ Reviews quality standard of each product by analyzing the statistic information and identify the problem areas. Gives advice to production department or QC inspector to correct production process and method of inspection to reduce product quality problems.
âĒ Improves production process and quality control process to support company target with satisfy customer requirement.
âĒ Representative of company for coordinates with customer in case of product quality problems. Tests and analyzes cause of the problem and give advice to customers.
âĒ Reports product quality in each process such as yield.
Requirements
âĒ Bachelor Degree: Engineering or Science (e.g. IE, Production, Electronics, Chemical, Industrial Chemistry, Physics)
âĒ At least 3-5 years of direct experience in CQE/ SQE, Quality Assurance, Quality Control or Quality Engineering in Hard Disk Drive (HDD) Manufacturing
âĒ High responsible, good human relations and communication skills
âĒ Knowledge of SPC, FMEA, QC Tools, ISO and Quality Management
âĒ Good command in English (TOEIC 600 up will be preferable)
