About this position
Responsibilities
• Coordinate and manage construction projects, including new building developments, retail store setups, and entertainment facilities (e.g., Playerbox and E-Gokart locations).
• Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and budgets.
• Assist in navigating local regulations and permits to ensure seamless project execution.
• Collaborate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure quality and efficiency in construction projects.
• Troubleshoot construction-related issues and provide timely solutions.
• Support project coordination efforts across local and international projects, working closely with other team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, and timelines.
• Contribute to the successful delivery of diverse projects beyond construction, leveraging your expertise to add value across the board.
• Participate in planning and executing initiatives that support the company’s expansion and strategic goals.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in construction management or project coordination.
• Strong understanding of local construction regulations and permitting processes.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working in a multidisciplinary team.
• TOEIC score of 700 or higher, with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
