Operations Manager
About this position
Responsibilities
• Operation Management: Oversee all operational activities to ensure they align with established SOPs, maintaining consistent standards in service, efficiency, and quality across all venues.
• Venue Maintenance & Readiness: Collaborate with maintenance and technical teams to ensure the venue remains in excellent condition, addressing any issues promptly so that facilities are clean, functional, and fully operational at all times.
• Team Leadership & Development: Lead and inspire a team by fostering a high-performance culture, ensuring continuous training and development, and conducting regular performance evaluations to drive accountability and improvement.
• Marketing & Growth Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns and events, and identify new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and customer retention.
• Financial Oversight: Manage and optimize operational budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-saving initiatives while upholding service quality and reporting key metrics to senior management.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
• At least 3-5 years of experience in operations management or a similar leadership role.
• Experience managing multiple locations or franchises is a plus, especially within the entertainment, or retail industries.
• Fluency in both English and Thai.
