About this position
Responsibilities
The administrative tasks include the following:
• Operate and manage the logistics and product delivery operations.
• Address and resolve any logistical issues that may arise during transportation or delivery.
• Provide customer support through face-to-face interactions and online chat platforms.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Prepare repairs goods, spare parts, and equipment to make sure that technicians can work with maximum efficiency.
• Monitor repair work to be able to meet daily targets.
• Take responsibility and maintain orderliness and cleanliness in the technician room zone e.g. doing 5S activity.
• Responsible for receiving-dispatching products and collecting data to the system.
• Take care of picking, packing, labeling and storing products into the warehouse.
• Manage product storage areas for maximum benefit and keep them clean, neat, and safe.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Prior experiences in logistics operations and/or customer service will be beneficial.
• Fluent in both written and spoken Thai, with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Proficient in using MS Office and other relevant software.
