About this position
Responsibilities
• Digital Campaign Management: Ideate, plan, execute, and measure online marketing campaigns—primarily Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Data-Driven Strategies: Analyze key metrics and convert them into actionable insights that drive results, keeping real-world constraints like revenue and budgeting in mind.
• Data Visualization: Bring numbers to life with clear visualizations using tools like Google Sheets, Looker Studio, or others you’re comfortable with, making sure data drives decisions.
• Tracking and Optimization: Dive deep into tracking with tools like Google Tag Manager (GTM), ensuring all campaigns are measurable and results are iterated on for constant improvement.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in related field: Engineering, Economics, Sciences, Marketing are preferred.
• 2+ years of experience with platforms like Meta Ads and Google Ads is preferred—but if you’re a self-learner and can show us what you’ve got, we’re open to that too.
• Proficiency in data tracking technologies like GA4, GTM, and BI platforms (we use Looker Studio).
• Strong math and logical thinking skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
