• Strong math skills and proficiency in Google Sheets.
• Expertise in tracking technologies like GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio.
• A strong portfolio showcasing experience in brand development.
• Excellent design sense with the ability to measure results scientifically.
• Logical decision-making skills.
• Experience with Shopee, Lazada, and Amazon.
• Strong analytical skills to logically evaluate spending and performance.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with account managers.
• Strong negotiation skills with a strategic mindset.
• In-depth understanding of product positioning.
• Ability to select the right influencers.
• Comprehensive experience in performance marketing, branding, e-commerce, and influencer management.
• Visionary leadership skills to drive the team forward.
• Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
