Account Executive - AE (Junior/Senior Position)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Coordinate & negotiate with the dealer's purchase manager to get the best deal for both parties
• Keep good relationship with sales staff from each dealer stores and find new distributors
• Forecast inventory level in order to make a good stock level
• Create an attractive yet profitable promotional campaign
• Process inventory & accounting paperwork to keep numbers in checked
• Creates a report to make sure everything is running correctly
• Handling complaints and negotiations
• Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective buyers
• Play and get used to all our cool gadgets e.g. hoverboard, e-scooter etc.
• Manage sale staffs (PC) for each sale event
• Get on the car/motorbike and do some business tour to each of our stores
• Learn new things
• Love negotiation and talking with people
• Be a good listener so we can better support them
• Good data analytical skills because we make decisions based on numbers
Requirements
• New grads are welcomed
• Degree in a related field e.g. Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Statistics, Marketing, Business management, Administrative etc.
• Minimum 0-3 years’ experience in retail or similar industry (Junior/Senior)
• Experience in E-vehicles or IT products (DIY, Gadget, OEM) will be an advantage
• Advanced Excel skills e.g. pivot table, data query, etc. will be a big plus
• Confidence combined with negotiating, influencing and networking skills
• Ability to prioritise and multitask
• Team working and leadership skills
• Numeracy and IT skills
• Strong merchandising, product, and analytical skills
• Excellent in problem solving
• Have a driver license (have own car) is a plus
