About this position
Responsibilities
• Involving and assist with the project vendor sourcing and commissioning of fast-charging stations
• Monitoring SLA vendor fast charging installations and ensure its compliance with regulation
• Schedule and oversee routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime by technical support staff and third party vendors
• Address customer inquiries and resolve technical or service issues promptly assist by technical support staff
• Work closely with other function for continuous product improvement
• Maintain detailed records of service requests, repairs, and solutions provided
• Create and update user manuals, technical guides, and FAQs
Requirements
• Bachelor degree of Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered
• 3-5 years of experience in operations management, Property Management preferably in the EV charging, renewable energy, start-up technology or utility sector
• Knowledge of handling the tenant relationship including vendor management
• Familiarity with charging station standards (e.g., SLO nidi)
• Have a K3 umum certification will be considered
• Proficient in using Microsoft office and excel
• Strong data entry skills, data analysis and data collection
• Knowledge and experience in team management
