Maintenance Facility & Utility Engineer
About this position
Responsibilities
• Managing timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure projects are completed as scheduled (equipment installation, trial, until mass production)
• Working with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical engineers, Electrical & system engineers, and project managers, to ensure electrical designs meet the overall project requirements
• Diagnosing issues with existing electrical systems and recommending solutions
• Oversee the regular maintenance, inspection, and repair of facility equipment and utilities to ensure continuous operations
• Monitor and optimize energy consumption, seeking ways to conserve energy and reduce costs
• Maintain accurate records of all facility and utility equipment, including service histories, specifications, and warranties
• Making summary and report daily, weekly, and monthly bases to support production evaluation
• Enhancing creativity and productivity to achieve an effective and efficient work environment through exploring improvement ideas that have possibilities to be implemented
Requirements
• Minimum Diploma degree in Electrical Engineering
• At least 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Engineer or Specialist in a manufacturing industry
• Proven experience in handling projects, developing new equipment, processes, or SCADA systems
• Strong understanding of electrical power and drive systems
• Proficiency in reading, understanding, and creating electrical diagrams
• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English & Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken
• Willingness to work full-time in an office setting at our manufacturing site in Cikarang Pusat, and ability to start immediately
