About this position

The System Analyst (Senior - Supervisor) position involves coordinating system development, providing technical support, and ensuring project deliverables meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the team on system development, deployment, and maintenance activities.
• Review product quality and resolve issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide guidance, consultation, and technical support to the development team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Assist in the development and review of project documents, including Software Specifications, User Manuals, Test Scripts, and other related documentation.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of project deliverables and documentation.
• Prioritize and manage workload across multiple projects, ensuring timely completion.
• Assist in the testing of new systems or updates and validate against requirements.
• Work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and adapt to evolving project needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in software development, preferably in the real estate business.
• Experience in creating technical documentation.
• Strong programming skills and understanding of database design and SQL.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
