Project Sales (Executive - Supervisor)
About this position
The Project Sales Executive - Supervisor is responsible for managing sales operations, overseeing documentation, coordinating with various departments, and providing support to clients in the real estate sector.
Responsibilities
• Manage sales operations by providing consulting and project information to clients visiting the project site.
• Prepare and manage all sales-related documentation for customers, including quotations, booking forms, sales agreements, and annex.
• Oversee the complete functionality of the sales office, as well as manage staff including housekeepers and security guard, ensuring readiness to serve visiting clients.
• Coordinate with bank representatives to process loan applications for clients.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Accounting, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Engineering.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Provide information that assists in closing sales, as well as manage sales-related documentation for Brokers with clients interested in the project (Condominium/House), both local and international.
• Survey competitor project and analyze the real estate market for comparative analysis to inform the sales team and management.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• At least 2 years of experience in real estate sales.
• Strong sales skills, negotiation abilities, and a passion for customer service.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Good command of the English language.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Available to work 6 days a week.
