About this position
Responsibilities
• Corporate brand strategy & communications: formulate MAJOR brand strategy to strengthen its position in the market. Define brand differentiation and translate it into USP.
• Public relations: Taking ideas from business cases to issue topics in the market. Initiate new PR tactics that drive impactful campaigns for all BUs; project marketing (new project & RTM), corporate marketing, CRM campaigns, CSR, subsidiary companies, and other related BUs. Create professional press conferences with impactful presentations.
• Brand partnership: create opportunities with partners in various categories including commercial brands, media, government units, foundations, and influencers to build up campaigns that benefit both parties. i.e. MAJOR Craft & Quality partnership, MAJOR Pet Family etc.
• Corporate Events: Organize events that align with business objectives, and enhance brand affection, leads, and conversions. and create memorable experiences for all participants.
• Digital / Social media management: Transformed traditional PR to seamless marketing and digital PR to generate leads and conversions for the company by working closely with the digital marketing team to utilize UTM/SEO throughout PR materials and content marketing.
Requirements
• over 10 years of experience in all aspects of Branding and marketing, including; Advertising, Digital, Social Media, Content, PR, Events Management, and all related matters.
• Bachelor degree or above
• Highly influential with strong interpersonal skills. Accomplished in leading, managing, and coaching high-performing teams to deliver transformational change.
