About this position
The Key Account Executive (Modern Trade / Drugstore for Healthcare Products) is responsible for developing partnerships with distributors, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring high levels of customer service to achieve business goals.
Responsibilities
• Develop & set up collaboration with potential distributors to become excellent partnership and achieve business goal.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve commercial objectives.
• Build insight-driven scenarios in advance to trigger initiatives ahead of changes and earlier than competition.
• Understand & analyze the competitive landscape to anticipate market trends across channels, customers, region areas and identify cross-territory and channel opportunities and risks.
• Ensure high level of customer service. Quickly identify and solve customer issues with the support of other key functions (marketing, product & service quality, supply chain, etc.)
• Account developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets.
• Oversee the activities of the sales force in modern trade channel, coordinate sales forecasting, budgeting, planning, and process optimization.
• Take initiative in building peer support and strong internal business relationships with key management personnel with a view of sales efforts.
• Establish a high level of forecasting accuracy. Routinely conduct root cause analysis & insight-driven performance diagnosis to identify business opportunities and mitigate sales gaps to achieve sales targets.
• Communicate and lead execution of sales strategies.
• Set performance management process (i.e. sales target setting, performance analysis, execution KPIs, etc.) to achieve business goals.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Healthcare related, Business, Marketing or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experiences in field sales management with successful track record especially in FMCG, Food & Beverage, or Herbal Pharmaceutical business.
• To have deeply knowledge and proven experiences in selling of Modern Trade or Modern drugstore channel preferred.
• Excellent skills in holistic, analytical and strategic thinking processes with having entrepreneur mindset and have ability to find creative business solutions to problems.
• Excellent in leadership, negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
• Expert / advanced level in MS. Excel and MS. Power Point.
