About this position

The International Project Sales Manager (Real Estate) is responsible for strategical planning to penetrate new international markets, maintaining sales data, and building relationships with property agents while driving sales performance according to targets.

Responsibilities

• Prepare strategical planning in penetrating new International markets.
• Maintain and update daily sales completed both Internationally and Domestically.
• Strong skill negotiating deals and closing deals with multinational property agencies.
• Consult, Problem solving, and manage on all the issues related to overseas clients.
• Build and maintain existing/new relationships with International and Domestic Property Agents.
• Successfully drive sales according to target given.
• To build and maintain relationships with international and domestic property agents.
• To demonstrate strong negotiation skills to close deals with multinational property agencies.
• To develop strategic plans to penetrate new international markets and build strength in existing ones.
• To maintain and update daily sales data for both international and domestic agents.
• To drive successful sales performance in accordance with assigned targets.
• Able to work 6 days/week

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 1-3 years' experience in real estate development or a related business.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Excellent leadership, management, communication, problem-solving, and planning skills.
• Excellent personal presentation and customer service skills with a positive attitude.
• Based in Bangkok, Thailand
