About this position
The Head of Marketing & Project Sales (CMO for Real Estate Business) is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that align with the organization's objectives, managing brand reputation, and leading market research to enhance customer insights.
Responsibilities
• Marketing Strategy and Execute a Marketing Plan, while effectively managing brand and reputational risk, to ensure the brand is optimally aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives
• Ensure the Company Branding and Positioning Strategy is communicated in a compelling and consistent manner across all channels and touch points
• Responsible for Market Research Studies and analyze the results in order to better understand the market and customer insight
• Utilize Marketing and Customer Insight to identify customer segmentation for a product or service and then develop marketing strategy & action to meet company performance target
• Create and implement innovative omni-channel acquisition strategies & campaigns via strong collaboration with product, sales, and technical teams
• Expand, develop, and maintain media relationships to create a positive external and internal image associated with brand recognition.
• Spearhead the creation and maintenance of the organization's digital footprint, while effectively utilizing SEO, SEM
• Plan, direct and coordinate marketing budgets, ROI and successfully develop cost effective solutions
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
• 10+ years of progressive experience in planning, managing and executing multi-segment marketing campaigns
• Experienced in the Real Estate is needed
• Experienced in Sales Management is a plus
• Experienced in delivering marketing messages though video, mobile platforms and social media
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across various departments and create best-in-class content.
• Proven leaderships expertise with effective team building skills and conflict resolution management.
• Highly organized and able to multi-task and manage multiple projects and competing priorities without sacrificing accuracy or efficiency.
