About this position

The Head of Construction Management (AVP - Condominium) is responsible for managing the construction process for all company projects, ensuring timely completion within budget, and leading project operations to meet financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Managing the construction process for all company projects including the selection and management of the project teams, including architects and contractors.
• Ensuring that all projects are completed on-time and within the approved project budgets.
• Lead project operations and refine project execution models as needed to meet the long term and annual financial goals of the company.
• Drive performance, as measured by KPIs, to ensure targeted profit margins are achieved through disciplined adherence to established procedures from project startup through closeout.
• Coordinate with internal departments to establish project needs and where applicable, develop standards to use as best practices in future construction projects.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure projects are being managed within the proper framework, timelines and budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Construction Management, Engineering Management or any related field.
• Minimum 10 years strong experiences in construction management and real estate development.
• Possessing a license for professional practice.
• Thoroughly understand construction management including financial management.
• Good interpersonal skill strong negotiation skills in construction field.
