About this position

Responsibilities

• ตรวจสอบ และ combine แบบสถาปัตยกรรม วิศวกรรมโครงสร้างและวิศวกรรมระบบ เพื่อนำไปก่อสร้างได้อย่างถูกต้องและเป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน
• ตรวจสอบ และจัดทำ Shop Drawing
• ตรวจสอบ และจัดทำเอกสาร RFI / RFA
• จัดทำแบบ Standard Typical Detail
• ประสานงานภายในอังค์กร และภายนอก Supplier และ Designers
• แก้ไขจัดการ Site Defect

Requirements

• ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขา สถาปัตยกรรม
• มีประสบการณ์ในการจัดทำแบบ/แก้ไขแบบงานก่อสร้างอสังหาริมทรัพย์ (บ้านและคอนโด) อย่างน้อย 3 ปีขึ้นไป
• สามารถใช้โปรแกรม AutoCAD และ Sketch Up ได้อย่างชำนาญ
• มีความเข้าใจในการใช้ระบบ BIM สำหรับใช้ในงานก่อสร้าง
• มีความเข้าใจการทำงานด้านเอกสารก่อสร้าง
• มีประสบการณ์และเข้าใจวิธีการก่อสร้างของหน้างาน เข้าใจลำดับขั้นตอนการก่อสร้าง
• หากมีใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพสถาปัตยกรรมควบคุม (สถ.) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• หากมีใบขับขี่ และมียานพาหนะของตนเอง จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
