Architecture, Research and Development Manager
About this position
The Architecture, Research and Development Manager is responsible for managing teams to ensure quality and safety in architectural projects, while also focusing on innovation and technology development.
Responsibilities
• Manage a team to control quality and safety for all architectural, structural, systems, interior, and landscaping work.
• Research and develop new innovations and technologies related to quality control and safety.
• Manage a team to support the Research & Product Development, Sourcing & Purchasing, Construction Management team.
• Develop the team to have increased work potential, including the use of innovation and new technology in design.
• Manage a team of interior and exterior designers. To make the design work according to the concept of the project and meet the needs of the customer.
• Manage the interior design team to ensure accuracy, completed on time and has an appropriate cost.
• Manage the interior design team to create innovation and new technology for design and construction.
• Manage a team to support the MKT and sales team, bidding team, purchasing team, and construction team.
• Study competitors' project models in order to improve and develop the company's projects to be superior to competitors in every aspect.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture or related field.
• Have knowledge and ability to manage organizations and project quality and safety control teams in developing projects in the real estate business very well and is a person with creative ideas and continuous development.
• Possessing a license to practice controlled architecture (RCT) will receive special consideration.
• Experience in architectural design and project development in the real estate business for 7 years or more.
