About this position

Major Cineplex Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Sponsorship Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sponsorship sales and B2B corporate sales, with a primary goal of achieving an annual revenue target of 50 million Baht.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sponsorship Sales: Develop and execute strategies to achieve an annual sponsorship sales target of 50 million Baht.
• B2B Corporate Sales: Identify and cultivate relationships with potential corporate clients to secure B2B sales.
• Packaging Sponsorship Opportunities: Create comprehensive sponsorship packages that include naming sponsorships, ticket promotions, privileges, events, PR initiatives, on-ground activations, advertising opportunities, and digital engagement.
• Utilize Cinema Assets: Leverage the full range of cinema assets to benefit sponsors, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement for their brands.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors and corporate clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new sponsorship opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends.
• Proposal Development: Develop and present high-quality proposals and pitches to potential sponsors and corporate clients.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of sponsorship agreements.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management and adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, sponsorship, or corporate partnerships, preferably in the entertainment, media, or hospitality industries.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and securing high-value sponsorship deals.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative sponsorship packages.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
