About this position

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing various projects, including new restaurant openings and renovations, while ensuring effective team coordination and resource management.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic plans and schedules for projects such as new restaurant openings, branch renovations, or new business concept development.
• Manage project resources, including budget, personnel, and materials, to ensure optimal efficiency.
• Lead Project, Coordinate with various teams, including design, operations, marketing, and contractors.
• Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve project goals effectively.
• Check the store design to meet standards.
• Track project progress regularly and report updates to senior management.
• Identify and resolve delays or issues affecting project timelines.
• Control project costs to stay within budget.
• Assess project ROI (Return on Investment) and adjust plans as necessary to maximize value.
• Analyze potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Address challenges related to supply chain, compliance, or other project constraints.
• Propose improvements to enhance project workflows and efficiency.
• Develop best practices to deliver better outcomes for the business.
• Prepare clear and concise progress reports for stakeholders.
• Present project outcomes and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience managing projects in the restaurant industry or a related business sector.
• Proficiency in budgeting, project planning, and ROI evaluation.
• Experience using project management tools such as Auto CAD, Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Knowledge of the restaurant industry or franchise operations is a plus.
• Intermediate Level in usage an English in work.
• Good Planning and coordinating skill, and Good Leadership.
