About this position

The Project Feasibility Analyst is responsible for conducting project analysis and feasibility studies, providing financial analysis and modeling, and supporting management with investment opportunities and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Project analysis & feasibility and recommend to top management
• Financial analysis and modeling
• Financial Analysis of required business unit to support management
• Valuation & Costs analysis
• Analyze new project investment and current project improvement / expansion
• Business development model
• Presentation materials summarizing investment opportunities and recommendations for senior management
• Support in strategy analysis of the company
• Manage legal documents related to finance and investment
• Adhoc financial/business reports as requested
• Special projects as assigned

Requirements

• Graduate in BBA/Finance/Accounting or MBA
• Minimum 2-3 years+ experience in financial / or project feasibility analysis / or project management experience
• Experience in restaurant business or retail and data analysis would be an advantage
• Knowledge of commercial business, costing analysis, and consolidated financial statements
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting
• Advanced knowledge of Power Point, Excel, Power BI, or financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities effectively and meet deadlines
