Residences Attendants
About this position
The Residences Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of residential units, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and comfort for residents and guests.
Responsibilities
• Perform thorough and detailed cleaning of residential units, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living areas.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop and maintain the floors in exceptional condition.
• Dust and polish all surfaces, including furniture, electronics, and decorative.
• Clean terrace, glass, and mirrors to a spotless finish.
• Maintain and organize cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Restocking and inventory management, maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and report replenishment needs. Ensure that amenities such as toiletries, tissues and towels are well stocked.
• Attention to details pay meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that no area or item is overlooked during cleaning and preparation.
• Report any damage or missing items promptly.
• Interact courteously and professionally with residents and guests.
• Respond to special requests and preferences, such as room set up and display.
• Follow established safety and hygiene protocols.
• Use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and responsibly.
• Report any safety hazards or incidents to the appropriate.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift supplies.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
