The Occupational Health and Safety Officer is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Responsibilities
• Develop, implement, and manage safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards.
• Provide safety training and educational programs to employees.
• Investigate workplace accidents and incidents to determine causes and preventive measures.
• Collaborate with different departments to promote a culture of safety and compliance.
• Ensure all operations are in compliance with local and national health and safety laws.
Requirements
• Bachelor- s degree in a relevant field that qualifies for registration as a Professional Occupational Health and Safety Officer (จป.วิชาชีพ) under legal standards.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively with others and build effective working relationships.
• Friendly and approachable personality, able to foster a positive work environment.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle complex, high-stakes situations.
• Flexibility in work hours and tasks, adaptable to changing priorities and urgent demands.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels.
