About this position

The Production Supervisor is responsible for managing all aspects of production, including planning, scheduling, and performance monitoring, while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Management of all aspect of production including planning, scheduling of work, output performance, on time deliveries and space utilization.
• Creating and management reporting of key performance indicators in relation to efficiency, Health and Safety and cost effectiveness.
• Schedule, train, develop and motivate a team of employees to perform and achieve targets in a cost efficient manner.
• Undertake regular performance appraisals and employee reviews.
• Management of staffing levels to deliver on budget and efficiently for the year.
• Assisting PL in the management of an effective inventory management system.
• ISO 14001 และ IATF 16949/ Conforming to Health and Safety policies and implementation of ISO 14001 and IATF16949 procedures.
• Understand and obey the Employee Handbook and all Regulation of MDST.
• Assisting the Quality and Engineering functions in the management of quality issues.
• Understand and obey the Employee Handbook and all Regulation of MATT.
• Perform the other tasks or projects assigned by Manufacturing Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in science and engineering.
• 3 years of experience in the automotive industry or manufacturing.
• Have experience support plant audit and lead to follow up with team.
• Good command of written communication skills in both English.
• Have excellent teamwork.
• Can Travel by private car.
