About this position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Operations ERP System Specialist to join our dynamic IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our ERP systems to ensure optimal performance, stability, and efficiency. This role involves collaborating with various departments to understand their needs, providing technical support, and implementing system improvements.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the ERP system, including monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring data integrity.
• Perform regular maintenance tasks such as backups, updates, and patches to ensure system reliability and security.
• Provide technical support to end-users, addressing and resolving ERP-related issues and inquiries.
• Analyze and improve ERP system processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of ERP system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of the ERP system.
• Work closely with various departments to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure that ERP systems comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT operations with a focus on ERP systems.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), SQL, and database management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with cloud-based ERP solutions.
• Certifications in relevant ERP systems or IT operations.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity practices.
