The Injection Engineer is responsible for managing and improving injection processes, ensuring quality and efficiency in the production area.
Responsibilities
• Have knowledge and understanding 2K injection
• Have knowledge and understanding Automation system
• Have knowledge and understanding Mold injection system
• Manage injection machine improvement
• Set up equipment and propose PROCESS VALIDATION PLAN
• Work on Cycle time reduction to optimize material & labor costs in injection area
• Contact with the suppliers (improvement, support)
• Can work under high pressure.
• Other tasks as assigned by the Manager
• Have knowledge and understanding IATF16949:2016
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
• Know five manuals required by IATF16949: APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP. Perfect in Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis.
• Have 3 years of experience in the automotive industry or manufacturing.
• Good command of written communication skills in both English.
• Have knowledge the Tools used Industrial
• Can Travel by private car.
• Working 5 days (Mon-Fri)
