We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control Engineer to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our products/services. Quality Control engineer will responsible for developing and implementing quality control processes, identifying and resolving defects, and collaborating with various departments to maintain high quality standards.
• Attend new project meeting as team member.
• Participate in new project APQP, Work with customer for the special quality requirement and define the standard as team member.
• Participate sample manufacturing each stage in APQP come up with some improvement idea or recommendation.
• Prepare prototype, control plan, incoming inspection, Dimension report, etc. and update them once something changed.
• Prepare First/last off inspection report, process audit report, dock audit report, cleanliness test work instruction.
• Confirm inspection method frequency, after inspector finished inspection work, validation is necessary.
• Review gage/CF concept and cooperate with buyer for searching gages’ supplier, manufacturing & validating.
• Support PPAP document for new project.
• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum three- year work experience in automotive quality control (QC).
• Have experience in Automotive part industry inspection is preferable.
• Good knowledge & can communication, spoken, read, and written in English.
• Familiar with quality core tools: APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA and PPAP.
• Know 8D method, 5 why, Fishbone diagram or other problem solving too.
• Basic Knowledge about supplier quality management requirements of ISO14001, IATF16494 and basics standard.
