Traditional Trade Manager
About this position
The Traditional Trade Manager is responsible for managing sales in their designated area, developing marketing campaigns, and leading the sales team to achieve targets.
Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee sales in the designated area to meet set targets
• Design marketing campaigns to promote product sales and increase product distribution
• Provide guidance to the TT sales team to achieve sales targets through necessary strategies and skills
• Develop the sales team, analyze competitors, and find opportunities to increase sales
• Visit current customers to maintain good relationships and address any issues or complaints
• Monitor and control customer records, conditions, and trade discounts
• Prepare sales and marketing reports for management to review and present useful sales and marketing information
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 5+ years of experience in managing food or beverage sales and sales team
• Experience in managing sales team members
• Ability to analyze sales data
• Willingness to travel to different provinces for work
• Able to work Monday to Saturday
