Later, the business evolved and has grown into one of the leading manufacturers of Chilli pastes, sauces, curry pastes, instant seasonings, ready-to-cook sets and various other products under the “MAEPRANOM BRAND” and “SIAM KITCHEN BRAND”.

About this position

The Production Planning Manager is responsible for overseeing and controlling production planning activities to achieve the company's goals and policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and control production planning activities to achieve the company's goals and policies
• Manage procurement/ordering of raw materials and packaging to meet target levels (Safety Stock) and ensure accurate stock levels
• Check production planning in the ERP system
• Check reports on the use of raw materials and packaging in the ERP system
• Create new product/raw material/packaging parts in the ERP system, including creating/modifying product manufacturing formulas in the ERP system
• Prepare production performance reports on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis, as well as other production-related reports for management review
• Evaluate the performance of subordinates to continuously improve team efficiency

Requirements

• Able to work from Monday to Saturday (Saturday may be considered for special circumstances)
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in production planning, production control, and inventory management
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (able to use formulas such as SUMIFS, V-lookup), Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power Point
• Proficient in using ERP software and understanding Material Requirement Planning (MRP) and Master Production Schedule (MPS) systems
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role
• Strong leadership skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to work with relevant departments and negotiate effectively
• Resilient, detail-oriented, with a positive work attitude and creative thinking
• Able to analyze data, solve problems, and think systematically
