About this position

The Accounting Officer plays a crucial role in providing support to our regional Finance department. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle financial data accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Updates ledgers and trackers for Costs, Vendors, and APs for Thailand.
• Compiles a wide variety of financial information related to work assignments for the purpose of providing required documentation and/or processing information.
• Maintains a wide variety of financial information, files, and records for the purpose of ensuring the availability of documentation and compliance with established policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Responds appropriately to vendor, client, and internal requests.
• Performs other related duties assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit.
• Entering payment submissions via e-wallets/online bank systems.
• Knowledgeable Thailand VAT, Income Tax and compliance requirements.
• Provides additional support to our regional Finance & Accounting Department.
• Communication with our sales and operation teams to ensure efficient execution of financial processes.
• Update internal and external financial reports.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Preferably with more than two years work experience in AR/AP, bookkeeping, or finance.
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel functions, formulas and table.
• Experience in cloud-based accounting software preferably. Xero Accounting.
• English Proficient.
