M2M products was established on March 2006 by Thai and Singapore partnership (TNS Asia Pacific). At the beginning, M2M was an authorized distributor for MOXA locating in Thailand starting from 2006 to 2015. In 2015, we expanded our business; importing a wider range of industrial networking equipment, becoming a system integrator, which results in reaching our customers need. Today, we’re one of the major supplier of power distribution automation, working on and completed many Substation Automation System-related projects. Not only that we import and supply factory automation system, oil and gas monitoring and SCADA system, railway system, as well as airport management system.
The Sales Engineer will be responsible for coordinating with customers, providing product consultation, identifying customer needs, managing existing customer base, expanding customer base, preparing quotations, summarizing sales, and following up before and after sales.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate with customers
• Provide product consultation to customers
• Identify customer needs and propose sales solutions accordingly
• Manage existing customer base and expand new customer base
• Prepare quotation and product information for pricing and related documents
• Summarize sales
• Follow up before and after sales
• Perform tasks and follow up as assigned by the company
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in related field, preferably in Engineering
• Ability to communicate in English
• Strong communication skills with customers and service-oriented
• Energetic, motivated, and positive mindset
• Willingness to learn and adapt to assigned tasks
• Valid driver's license
