Sales Trainer
About this position
The Sales Trainer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating the Sales Training program for Lyreco Thailand, ensuring that sales representatives are effectively onboarded and equipped with the necessary skills.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the Learning and Development and Sales teams to design, create, and implement the Sales Training program for Lyreco Thailand.
• Master the existing training materials and global field sales and inside sales best practice modules.
• Customize global sales training resources to suit the local context.
• Coordinate and conduct sales training sessions, both in-house and in the field.
• Assist in onboarding new sales representatives to ensure they quickly integrate into the sales team.
• Innovate and develop additional training resources, including video tutorials, e-learning modules, simulations, and role-playing scripts.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in some sales software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Microsoft PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
• A university degree in a related field.
• Proven experience in B2B sales will be an advantage.
• Demonstrable experience in sales training.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Energetic, dynamic, with strong coaching and training abilities.
