PPE Sales Manager
About this position
Responsibilities
• Team Leadership: Manage and guide a team of PPE Product Sales Specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Customer Analysis: Work closely with Heads of Sales Channels to analyze the existing customer base and identify new PPE sales opportunities.
• Sales Strategy: Identify and prioritize PPE sales leads, promote the PPE category, and acquire new accounts within the sector.
• Coaching & Training: Consultative support by training and coaching colleagues in the sales team to improve their product knowledge and selling techniques.
• Collaboration: Work alongside the sales and marketing teams to create compelling sales proposals, including pricing, and present these to potential clients and customers.
• Market Insight: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to ensure the right product assortment and competitive positioning.
Requirements
• Excellent command of English.
• Proven experience in PPE product sales, specifically with international PPE brands, along with sales management experience.
• A degree in a commercial field is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of PPE products and the marketplace in Thailand.
• Strong sales expertise and business acumen, with a proven track record of success.
• Demonstrates ownership of their work and takes responsibility for performance and results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, with fluency in English.
• Ability to build trust and respect quickly at all levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
