Responsibilities
• Manage inbound online leads from various channels, verifying leads data before assigning it to the appropriate sales team.
• Maintain and regularly update the sales lead database high data quality.
• Monitor ongoing marketing campaigns, ensuring prompt execution and providing support as needed.
• Prepare and deliver regular marketing campaign reports to track performance and inform decision-making.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing support or a related field.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to work effectively within deadlines.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented and strong data-driven mindset.
• Proficient in handling with large datasets and database systems.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, including analytical functions (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
• Independent and self-motivated, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
