About this position
Responsibilities
• In this role, reporting to the Managing Director for Thailand and working closely with Regional and Global teams, you will plan, implement, measure and control the development of Lyreco’s Go to Market Strategy for certain focus industries & high growth product solutions across all sales channels, as well as managing the teams responsible for acquisition and development of its largest customer segment, known as Corporate Accounts.
• As one of the leaders in the Business-to-Business distribution of office, workplace & safety products in Thailand, Lyreco already has a considerable customer base, and you will cooperate closely with the Heads of Merchandising, SMB Sales & Customer Care on meeting the expectations of these small and medium customers through specific product solutions as well as having full and direct responsibility for the largest customer segment.
• You will oversee an ambitious multi-year business plan as well as defining the activities required to meet the company's objectives which will involve delivering on a growth strategy aimed on increasing customer and customer growth, category penetration, and meeting commercial margin targets as well as customer and quality based KPIs.
• You are someone who can not only set and achieve goals through the effective coaching & leadership of your team and who in turn will drive and control both the sales activity and financial results of Lyreco in Thailand, but you are also someone who is able to work consultatively and cooperatively with global and regional colleagues to leverage and build on Lyreco’s global strengths and best practices; you are able to act and think both locally and globally simultaneously.

• Your team at Lyreco composes several Sales Managers, Category Specialists, Administrative and Support staff as well as a large team of Senior Account Managers who focus on either Account Development or New Business Acquisition for the largest customer segment.
Requirements
• First class and proven management skills combined with considerable experience in a similar commercial role or situations likely to prepare the holder sufficiently for this one.
