About this position

The Brand Manager will be responsible for managing designated brands, overseeing marketing activities, and ensuring strong P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the marketing division and ensure Marketing Executives & Trainers are effectively trained
• Provide leadership direction to the team and strengthen brands market presence
• Achievement and accountability for individual brand targets
• Tracking of sales on monthly basis by brand
• Manage the brand marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources
• Monitor expenses and ensure all activities are cost-effective
• Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Develop brand specific marketing calendar and marketing collaterals
• Devise customer recruitment plans and retention programs
• Accountability and tracking for the brands' Advertising & Promotional Expenditure
• Accountability for individual brands' inventory levels
• Stock forecasting on new and existing products
• Work with sales team to provide support to garner entry into alternative distribution channels
• Provide leadership, guidance and direction for team members
• Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned
• Maintain strong working relationships with principals, local internal team, and regional team

Requirements

• Marketing or Sales experience in beauty industry will be an added advantage
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Marketing type, initiative, dynamic, highly committed and result-oriented
• Experience in marketing budget planning and P&L analytical
• Pleasant and Mature personality, well organized and hard working style
• Good at problem solving, quick to respond and able to work outside when needs
• Excellent, proven interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
