About this position
LUXASIA is the leading beauty omnichannel distribution platform in Asia Pacific, enabling brand growth for over 120 luxury beauty brands. The company offers integrated brand-building capabilities and has partnered with renowned brands since 1986. LUXASIA is seeking a Project and Visual Manager to join their diverse and dynamic team.
Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end store openings and brand pop-up installations, from project planning to execution, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Develop and execute impactful visual merchandising displays, including updates for seasonal, promotional, and ad hoc campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal & external teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, meeting quality and timeline expectations.
• Plan and oversee marketing promotional events, managing design finalization, production coordination, and display setup.
• Handle visual merchandising requirements and project orders for new product launches and store openings.
• Supervise the organization and inventory of brand props and fixtures in the warehouse to support project and display needs.
Requirements
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the retail or interior design industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Product Design, Interior Design, Business, or related field.
• Proficiency in SketchUp and AutoCAD is mandatory; knowledge of Photoshop (PSD) and Illustrator (AI) is a plus.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong coordination and negotiation skills.
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to excel in fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• High attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality execution.
