About this position
LUXASIA is the leading beauty omnichannel distribution platform in Asia Pacific, enabling brand growth for over 120 luxury beauty brands. The company offers a diverse and dynamic work environment, focusing on professional growth and innovation.
Responsibilities
• Lead total education/training strategy and action plan with excellent execution OMNI to drive business growth in Indonesia while ensuring the right fit approach within brand DNA and value
• Review and identify/initiate Education programs/modules from HQ that are relevant and fit with business strategy
• Prepare the training module and plan
• Conduct the training session and follow up on the results regularly
• Evaluate training results, coaching, and developing Beauty Advisor in each store
• Evaluate the success of training to develop further training needs
• Being in the field regularly to execute the designed training for the sales team and raise information to create further training needs
• Ensure compliance with brand policies, standards, and procedures
• Assists the Brand Team in launching events, principal store visits, and other team activities
• Prepare and submit monthly training reports
• Deliver training, evaluation, and development report
• Work closely with all functions to manage new product/campaign launches on time as planned and implement in-depth product knowledge across all field teams Performing the beauty class
Requirements
• At least 2-3 years experience in the beauty industry, preferably within the skin care, beauty, make-up, and haircare category
• Excellent knowledge/experience in retail business
• Strong interpersonal, communication & coaching skills
• Experience in building effective teams
• Creative, proactive, and high motivation in work
• A results-driven achiever
